Really nicely little villa. Kitchenette was well kitted out. Plenty of drinking water was provided. Everything was clean. Pool was a bonus for a dip after a day on the beach. Short walk to beach which had a number of decent restaurants with beach loungers free for guests. Used the airport transport which worked well. Overall a nice place to stay.

The location was just stunning , restaurant food was delicious every meal was so tasty, the cheese burger 10/10 we had a 2 night stay there and enjoyed every minute of it , the pool was lovely clean and cool , on second night owner Janus came to sit with us they were celebrating New Year we had such a great night , drinks were flowing and cocktails were fabulous especially Janus own signature cocktail , he played music on our table , great night was had , thank you so much we will definitely e going back we visit Sri Lanka every year

Property was nice and old with lot of greenery with courteous staff..but don't expect any modern facility even phone line in the room was not there neither expect any fancy breakfast buffet rather very ordinary...even the location next to train line is a red flag..

It is a very clean place and it looks new. Chami and the staff were very friendly. It is close to the train station (1minute away)and also near the beach ( 2 or 3 mins walk). The breakfast was perfect, a good selectiong of fresh fruit, omellete or fried eggs, toast, tea/cofee, fresh papaya juice.. we loved it! We really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

We loved our stay here. The hosts were very warm and went out of their way to honour our requests. Beautiful rooms and a stone's throw away from the beach. Very clean garden where one can enjoy a wholesome breakfast. We enjoyed the spa facilities as well. Only one must figure out the meals on their own. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling as a group or solo.

The place was really good. The staff were really friendly. They prepared delicious breakfast with delicious fruits delicious eggs, delicious juices and etc. The room and the bathroom was really nice and clean. Clean and nice pool. The dinner was amazing. I recommend the sea food, it was fresh and delicious. The location is amazing. Wifi in the room and lobby area is supper fast. Well maintained property with nice sea view. Really recommend this place to have beach holidays.
