Perfect start of our road trip. We spent there 2 days. Excellent location, right on the beach. Perfect for the kids. Helpful staff. Nice, cosy bar and restaurant setup on the sand. F&B available all day long (local and international). Dont expect much on the room though. Basic room standard. Nothing fancy.

The staff was very friendly and the location of the property was very beautiful. The room was very nice and clean and the balcony has a very nice view of the beach. My favorite part about the property was the pool that is located infront of the beach giving easy access to the beach.

Nice room with two balconies in white colors, maybe in colonial style. Good bed, linen, towel. Good pressure of hot water. Delicious breakfasts in the picturesque garden with coconut palms, a fruit plate - the largest we have seen in Sri Lanka. Two minutes to a large empty beach. The place is quiet, the railway did not bother us. Actually it was a fun to watch trains passing by. The hotel did not offer lunch or dinner, but there were several restaurants nearby. My wife had a massage and she liked it. The owners suggested visiting a turtle farm. 10 minutes by tuk-tuk. We liked it very much. You can look at newborn turtles and even hold them in your arms.
