Such a peaceful place. The host and staff were so very friendly and super accommodating. I would highly recommend the forest cabanas. Such a unique stay in a beautiful location. We also booked our Safari here and our Diver Asiri was great!

This beautiful property and accomodation would suit visitors seeking tranquility, beauty and a delicious, healthy chemical-free authentic Sri Lankan Cuisine. Surrounded by beautiful rice (paddy) fields and peacocks strolling around, the whole property is tranquil, restful, with a beautifully appointed and well kept garden that lives in harmony with its surrounds. Run by a wonderful family, who did so much to ensure we were happy, satisfied, and organised transport as well as safari for us. in spite of tricky logistics due to being holiday period. It accomodates Sri Lankan as well as international visitors, which is wonderful as I am Sri Lankan living abroad, and it was great to have good conversations with other Sri Lankans. Very nice stay, the place is fairly new and very clean. You should know it is right on the main road (I hesitate to call it a highway), and there is some truck traffic at times. The room could benefit from some heavy noise canceling curtains. This would probably save them money on the AC as well (which ran great). All in all, there was very little to complain about and I would definitely stay here again.

Our host was incredible. He was so helpful and available all the time. We had an incredible stay there. He helped us with all of the arrangement of the safari and guided us through it. We had a room upgrade which was quite spacious and cozy.

Wonderful location with a new, motivated team. Options to go for nice walks around the property. The rooms are simple but functional, and the outside shower is lovely. The food was excellent.

Lovely stay in the middle of the jungle with the nicest staff. Every evening, a lovely buffet is prepared with all sorts of curries which are delicious. You can also book a safari with them. We would recommend the full day tour. Highly recommend this place if you visit Wilpattu!

This was my favorite stay in three weeks of traveling Sri Lanka. Anton has created an wonderful place with a strong emphasis on service, delicious food, and stellar wildlife safaris in the nearby national park. Everything about our stay here was special. We did 2 full day and one 1/2 day safari with a few days emphasis on Leopard. In total we saw 9 Leopards! We also saw Sloth Bear, two species of monkey, wild boar, 3 species of deer, 2 elephants, and countless crocodile, birds, lizards and more. Our safari guide, Chamod, was absolutely stellar. He did an exceptional job at locating Leopards and positioning us best for viewing. Even on the long 12 hour full days his energy and level of commitment never waned from dusk till dawn. Additionally, he was the consummate professional and extremely polite. At the end of each safari we were greeted with cool wet towels and cold drinks upon returning to the hideaway. The service here is really just over-whelming.

The staff were extremely helpful and super nice. Any issues or help needed was sorted by them without any delay. The Pool and garden area was nice and relaxing, the view was also great. Shout out to Deneth, who was always there to help and going out of his way to make our stay a pleasant one. The food was always great, I recommend people to go for the sri lankan food, cause that is their specialty.
