Spacious, clean and affordable. I stayed for one night and slept really well in an AC room with a fan. Bed was very comfy, rooms toilet and hall was clean. The staff were very welcoming and knew how to communicate in different languages.
The food was exceptional, they made it fresh in front of me and catered to my dietary needs. I absolutely applaud their hosting skills.

Overall an average stay. Host kept asking about money. He was a bit insecure; don’t know why!

We had a wonderful stay - as UK born Tamils, travelling with our young baby, we were anxious about the trip but Jetwing Jaffna enabled us to enjoy our stay - the staff honestly went above and beyond to ensure that we have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff are just exemplary, absolutely exceptional service and the food was exquisite (the a la carte options being excellent value too) - we had most of our meals as a family during our stay in Jaffna at the Jetwing restaurant. We hope to stay again in future
