I liked the villa a lot. It is located in a very quiet surrounding where locals live and very close to the nature, so you can live like real Sri Lankan. Very authentic. It has very nice garden where it is very pleasant to drink morning coffee, chill out, eat fruits. Monkeys, peacocks and mongooses may visit you there. Villa has all needed for pleasant stay, 2 air conditioned bedrooms, and very nice open air bathroom. Villa is not on the beach but renting the bike you’re 1-5 mins pleasant drive from all the local beaches and attractions. Or 5-10 mins walk. The hosts family live nearby and arrange all needed for the stay. Villa clearly up, bike rent. Also Mendis is one of the best surf instructors in Weligama so surf lessons can be arranged.

We initially booked for 2 nights but loved it so much that we extended it to 4. Perfect spot for kids in a quiet area of the beach. We stayed on the ground floor, kids had their bunk bed. Clean and convenient. Owner is very attentive and food is excellent. Thank you for hosting us!

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is right on the beach, and we could see the sea directly from our room – such a beautiful view. The hotel provided sunbeds and towels, which was super convenient. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to communicate. One of the highlights was the free cocktail offered every evening between 6 and 7 PM – such a great touch!

Beautiful boutique hotel and well maintained property. Rooms are spacious and have lovely interiors. Staff were polite and very accommodating. Restaurant served very good breakfast with a variety of food for choice. Swimming pool was fantastic, under the trees providing shade and with a jacuzzi located in the corner.

The stunning ocean views, the wonderful location, easy to walk along the beautiful beach and to cafes and restaurants. The swimming pool is long and deep, great to swim in or lounge with a book (could use a few more beach umbrella's) The dinner buffet is varied and of good quality, as is breakfast, which offers several options for all tastes.

A beautiful colonial villa in Mirissa for some much needed calm and relaxation. The rooms are spacious and clean, the lawn and pool are great to chill by with the sound of crashing waves in the background, service is very good and food served is also great. The location is a bit away from main Mirissa so you'll need a tuktuk or scooty to get in and out easily (unless you don't mind walking 30min), but depends what you want - if you need close access to main Mirissa then it's far, but if you want to stay away from main Mirissa then it's the right distance. Tuktuks are easily available where the staff will order for you - they often gave us better rates!
