3 things we didn't like:
1.. Porn channels on the old TV. (Not great particularly if you have children, and not great exploiting women)
2.No fridge, even though it was listed in the room amenities. We require a fridge to store medication as we travel. But staff tried to help us, which was lovely. They allowed us to store the medication in one of their restaurant fridges. And we found ice to store some things in our room
3. Shower water isn't very hot. Perfect for summer but not great for cold days.
What we loved:
The hotel is perfect for getting about in Klaipeda. The #6 bus is right there for getting to Old town or the opposite way to the beach. Simply tap your credit card on board. The buses run every 10 minutes. It was so easy. So many buses! The post office is within a 10 minute walk. There's a Pepco (clothing store), bubble tea and 2 cafe with bakery within a couple of minutes and 2 thrift shops less than 5 minutes away. We walked to the ferry to the spit to visit Nida. That ferry runs every hour. €1.70. the bus to Nida €12 return.
(In the Old town, look for the cute little mouse)
Everything is within walking distance. The perfect way to walk off all those pastries you'll be eating!
Maxima and iki are close by for groceries. Acropolis is a 10 minute bus ride for department stores and exit #4 is where to catch the bus to Latvia.
You'll find outdoor self serve coffee and hot chocolate machines in your walks in Old Town particularly.
The hotel has a large breakfast and it was interesting and good. There's a spa, large conference room, lounge, cocktail bar. Our room, #203 (standard room) overlooked the lounge atrium it was quiet as it wasn't facing the road. Large comfy bed, plenty of room. There is tea and coffee with kettle, fluffy towels and a big bathroom with a heated towel rack.
There is a lift. And stairs. And there's WC in reception.
Reception was always friendly.

Great location, very special feel, clean and cozy.
Enjoying a scenic and quiet location, the hotel Zaliasis slenis - Self check-in hotel - Free parking is located only 3.7 mi from the Klaipeda city center.
I had a great stay in Klaipėda! The city center is very walkable, with no need for a car, and it’s easy to reach the beach and Sea Museum by ferry. There are plenty of charming cafes, bakeries, and diners offering great value and delicious food. During my stay, I visited Viskas Lietuviška diner and Prezo cafe—both excellent local spots worth trying

Have a nice holiday, Klaipeda is a nice city, there are many places to visit, walks around the evening city. I recommend visiting the island, there is an aquarium, a museum and a dolphinarium, a ferry ticket costs 23 euros if you cross by car.

Excellent , cosy , boutique little town.
Excellent , cosy , boutique little town. Amazing clocks collection at the clock's museum. This is one of the best I have seen in my life. The clock's museum is unique.
Excellent town for sightseeing , walking, very good food at low prices , everything was easy to access.
Highly recommended during the summer and during the winter when it is snowing - white fairy-tale. If there is not too much wind.

Klaipėda is a charming, cosy port city with a unique maritime vibe. Though small, it offers a delightful experience, especially if you arrive by car. This opens up opportunities to explore the beautiful surrounding areas, including the stunning Baltic seashore. The city has a rich history, lovely architecture, and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect destination for a relaxed yet scenic getaway. Whether you're strolling through the old town or venturing out along the coast, Klaipėda provides a peaceful and picturesque escape.

I was traveling for work and had a pet with me. The town is nice, I know it have beaches , but as i had free time after 6 pm and it was raining the visit of the beach was postponed for the better weather :)
I had very nice dinner in Japan restaurent which was 5 min walking from my appaetment. The glossery shops were also near. I guess in summer it can be great place to stay. It is close to Palanga and cheaper than that town jet Klaipeda have it's nice caracter and attaractions.

Location outside of Klaipeda was nice, but in the end too far for us to walk with baby. For dinner we can recommend the Vivalavita restaurant and the skybar above with a very nice view of the harbor and city. This wass really of our highlights in the Baltics.
The hotel was very clean and we liked the Hanseatic style.
This is more than Hotel. Besides as name suggests it features suits not rooms that makes it very family friendly with all the amenities available.
Second, the Interior of the Hotel suggests you may or may not be in museum or in the Palace.
And last but not least- The Breakfast. The Best in Klaipeda.
We have been here 3 times. Good hotel in the centre of Klaipeda, at a good price. Good parking for the car for a good price. Excellent breakfast. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Ask for a room at the hotel, not the other building.
Amazing location, clean big room. The host is very friendly and even helped us get our lost item back! You can also see the sea from the terrace. Best stay we had in Lithuania.
Our experience at this hotel is excellent. I think it’s best location in Klaipeda, very central, very easy to reach and check in. Excellent clean. Hardly recommend.
