Very cold in the room - heating didn't work - no help in the front desk. You advertised with "Excellent breakfast" - it was not even boiled eggs and the scframbled eggs was finished. I was waiting 20 mii - still no eggs.

Breakfast was excellent. Very delicious bufet, many choises, everybody is able to choose. Since the public transport is free of charge, I had no problem with transport to the centre and back to the hotel. The hotel is very comfortable, although simple, focused on pets. I really recommend it as a place to be chosed for your stay.
