It was overall a good experience at your hotel.
It was overall a good experience at your hotel. Maybe it is more romantic in the winter because we had bad luck with the weather, it was rainy and colder than it normal is for the month of May. I liked the idea behind the hotel to make it like a luxurious castle and then with SPA and modern facilities. It was very crowdy which I didn't expect for end of May. The inside isolation was not good but outside isolation was perfect. The room was very warm even without turning on the air-con. But once more, please, think about on adding some small details for people who bring their first night like married couple. A small card should have been more personal!Guest review byRosiNetherlands

Generally a place I would definitely not hesitate to visit again. Made my 50y birthday very memorable, and the ambiance and overall impression of Urspelt was nothing short of spectacular. I like the idea of the old castle refurbished as a hotel and appreciated the decoration that preserves this atmosphere. The breakfast was very nice and varied.
