I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel and their staff. They were very responsive to my group and I. The apartment was very well cleaned, better than I expected. The location was very convenient for us as we were not there for tourism. The apartment was larger than I expected and well appointed. I was very pleased. The desk clerk taught my kids to play pool. It was close to the airport and the staff were very nice and accommodating.

We needed a place near the Fes airport for a very early flight, and this hotel was our answer. Once we found it, we were surprised by the niceness of the lobby. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. We were nervous about securing a reliable cab at 4:30 in the morning, and they made sure someone was there on time, ready to pick us up. Though we missed the included breakfast because we had to leave so early, they also kindly packed up a few snacks for us to take on the road. The room was shockingly big and the A/C worked well.
