The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The riad's design blends modern comfort with authentic Moroccan charm, and our room was incredibly clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The peaceful atmosphere and convenient location made it ideal for exploring Assilah. The value for money was outstanding, surpassing many more expensive riads. Highly recommended for a memorable and authentic experience!

I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times in the last 12 months. It’s well located close by to the main town and old Medina. Rooms are comfy, staff are polite and there’s guarded on street parking. Breakfast is good. There’s restaurants nearby. It’s good value for money.
Al Khaima Hotel is located next to the sea, 1 kilometre north of the centre of Asilah. It offers tennis courts, a solarium, an outdoor pool and children’s pool.

We stayed for two nights during the low season, but I still suggest booking a room without any windows if you're a light sleeper. This place is very well-located and easy to find. It was clean and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and spoke fluent English. Inside the riad, it was very quiet. The other guests were respectful and didn't disturb each other's presence. I recommend this place.

All my taxis was booked via speaking to them via booking.com.
After realising train leaves Asilah at around 2pm for Tangier, they requested my late check out.
Lovely place to stay.

Hotel is in a great location just outside of the Medina, meaning you can get dropped off right out the front by a taxi. Everything is in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace is lovely with great views. Our room was nice and comfortable. Good value for money. Recommend staying here.
Asilah old city center is beautiful and romantic. Maybe a bit to renovated and clean to feel authentic... The medina is quite small so one night is sufficent if you do not have any special goal with your trip.

We reaaly enjoyed to be in the medina.
We reaaly enjoyed to be in the medina. I think that was the the best part of this house.
We also liked to be in a traditional house with all the modern facilities. The only thing that was less good, was the internet access

It is a holiday destination that caters for the local Rabat/...
It is a holiday destination that caters for the local Rabat/Tangier crowd. The town is expanding not dissimilar to Spain and S France a couple of decades ago. The town beach is OK, but the gems are a 30 taxi ride away. The food along the main section is excellent and cheap. Very few serve alcohol but there is an off licence if you can find it. Nice holiday buzz about it.

I have been many many times in the last 37 years and it never fails to impress, plenty to do for a long weekend, easily accessible from Tangiers by train or taxi (approx 200mdh), very safe, lovely people, new marina being built , probably best to stay outside the marina as it might be noisy at night, plenty of affordable accommodation in the area, great choice of eateries, shops and hammams, car not necessary

It is a quiet little town with a history of Portuguese occupation. The Medina is small and clean and many artists live here. There is a mural festival every year. Plenty of fish restaurants and a market street. Not a party town.

The medina was very clean.
The medina was very clean. We watched the sunset from Cafe Derya, which was beautiful. The Medina lets its white walls painted by artists every July, that was interesting. Nice restaurants. We visited Paradise beach on the day we left, but its definetely one of the best beaches in Morocco. The access road is easier by 4x4. But if you want a beach, that's the one to go for, with plenty of small restaurants.

The first moment I got off at the train station Dede was incredible, my taxi driver only took me half way and just dumped me on the street. I gave Dede a call and she sent me the directions and checked in on me until I arrived! Once getting to der el pirata I felt at home, I only stayed one night but gosh I wish I could book a whole week! I was truly treated like family and I couldn’t have asked for a better place/host to spend my final days in Morocco.
A beautiful house, which felt very homely and comfortable. With a lovely terrace to have breakfast or while away the evening.
Easily situated a couple of minutes walk from Asilah’s absolutely stunning medina. And close to a vast array of oddly specific shops and stalls where you can buy literally anything. A nice bit of hustle and bustle in the evening, but there’s no jostling for trade and the place feels very relaxed.
The location location location. It is great, Walking distance to Old Medina and a cafe to watch beautiful sunset. The property is beautifully designed and the room is clean and comfortable! All the staff were kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to others who plan on visiting Asilah.
Very nice Riad with special atmosphere and Bahae from Riad is very kind and prefessioinal in his work, 100% recommended.
Thank you very much, it was amazing stay and again in December. Asilah is very nice town with charming medina, very kind people, safe area, really beautiful place.
