Beautiful rooms exactly as described. Greeted by helpful staff, parking immediately opposite for a good rate. Being out of season (late October) it was cold overnight but we were given plenty of extra blankets on request.

An amazing looking, very walkable, bijoux of a town!
We had an amazing meal – with live music – up on the roof terrace at Café Clock and found great presents at the La Botica de la Abuela Aladdin, which our local guide the following day confirmed was the best choice 8)
The only immediately off-putting, if not heartbreaking thing about the town, was the amount of stray, un-spayed, cats and dogs that were looking for the tender care they deserve ...
We found a great guide for a "free" tour of the town on Get Your Guide.com

At Cultural Morocco Tours, we highly recommend a visit to Chefchaouen, one of the most enchanting destinations in Morocco. Nestled in the Rif Mountains, Chefchaouen is famous for its striking blue-painted buildings, tranquil atmosphere, and breathtaking scenery. Whether you’re an avid photographer, nature lover, or history enthusiast, Chefchaouen offers a unique and unforgettable experience.
Chefchaouen is a place of tranquility and natural beauty. Its peaceful atmosphere makes it a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of larger cities like Marrakech or Casablanca. The distinctive blue hue of the city, combined with the surrounding mountain views, makes it a photographer’s paradise. Whether you're relaxing in a café, exploring the charming streets, or hiking in the surrounding hills, Chefchaouen offers a special experience like no other.

One full day for the village and one added day if you want to go for a hike nearby. Be prepared, I am 60 and if good shape and it was tiring to climb the stairs of the village for the full day. Also, unfortunately, it can be a little dirty and smelly in some areas, but it's a visual experience that one should try, at least for a day.

The town is really unique and beautiful, the locals are friendly. Good prices in restaurants. And it's a lot calmer and less touristy then bigger cities. However lot of trash on the streets and we got offered hashish several times 😆. So definitely suggest exploring during the day. (But no one was agressive.)

A beautiful old town set on the mountainside.
A beautiful old town set on the mountainside. Half-one day to see everything is plenty. Can do it as a day trip from Tanger. Everything reasonably priced. Be aware of lingering "guides" - many young men loitering offering to help you find where you are going....but then take you around and then insist on you paying them money. Narrow roads/alleys can be a bit confusing. We ate at "Twins" restaurant which was reasonably priced and good.

A night's stay is ideal, you start in the morning and can cover the whole city within a day's time, since there is not much to do (except seeing things around the city) its easily a city to do as passing activity.

Stayed overnight with a group of friends while travelling through Morocco on our motorbikes.
Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel offers a classic view of the old town from windows and roof-top terrace.
The weather en route, torrential rain and snow, meant we were cold and wet on arrival, the warmth of our welcome, from kind staff, and room heaters soon sorted that. Secure parking for the bikes was an added bonus, as was the take-away breakfast prepared for those in the group who had a very early start.
This is an amazing little hotel in the middle of the madina. The room was large and clean. Staff were friendly and professional. The hotel sent a porter to the car park just outside of the Medina to meet us and help us with bags and to find the location (and they helped us back at the end of the stay). Breakfast was amazing and probably one of the best we had in Morocco. But the best was the spa. We booked the pool for a private swim and then had Hamman our attendent was friendly and it was a great experience.
I really ♥️ that place ! This boutique hotel is in the heart of Chefchaouen next to the blue Medina. It is of amazing and charming traditional architecture with bright colors and with Moroccan tiles, the roof terrace overlooking mountains and town. Amazing comfortable room with everything we needed and pristine clean 😃.
The staff was amazing, welcoming & friendly, helped us with our boarding passes. We definitely come back to this place and stay for longer 🤗❣️
A Moroccan riad in the center of Fez, with an excellent location and a warm welcome. The four-night stay was a relaxing stop for us during our visit to Morocco. We enjoyed every detail of the visit, from the quality of the accommodation to the services.
Quaint boutique hotel that has everything you need - excellent staff who go beyond their expected duties (helped give us contacts for tours, arranged taxi to marrakech), clean, great breakfast.
