The phone in the room was not working, the front desk employees knew that the phone was not working, but the did not say anything to us, when I mentioned it to them, the response was, yes the phone doesn't work. We ask to get sahor in the morning because myself and my husband was fasting. The brought us 4 cookie, one banana and a bad apple. I went to the desk asking for coffee or tea,the told me I have to pay cash for the coffee. This place is horrible, no wifi, no hot water to take a shower. Their was no wifi, Horrible experience, I would never go back their and I would not recommend no one.

The hotel was located in a decently central location. Staff were nice and kind. The rooms could be more cleaner and the air conditioning was not at all working and it was extremely hot. I had to keep the windows open to sleep properly, which is not a pleasant experience. The hotel staff did not offer any kind of support and fixing the air conditioning and also keeping the room clean which I don’t think is justified hands not really elevating my experience.
