The concept of La Pause and the fact that it is billed as an eco camp was what attracted us. We went knowing that we were in for an off the grid stay without electricity or wifi. The pool areas were attractive as were the tented areas for dining with candlelit and fire pits. One of the employees was standout for his cheery disposition and care when serving us breakfast. The breakfast was a good offering. The starter we had for our evening meal was tasty. We did have a fun time on our camel ride organised by the camp.

The staff and owners were wonderful, very attentive. The food they produced was exceptional. We had no need to go and find other restaurants. It was very peaceful. The pool area was lovely and very well kept. We had the added advantage of having Netfix/Prime available in the room if we wanted an early night or weather not so good. A great place to stay with easy access to the Medina or the Atlas mountains.

We had such an amazing stay at the camp. Omar was so welcoming and hospitable. The food was great and there was the option of arranging additional activities like a desert walk. Overall we really loved our stay and would really recommend it!
