The service and reception staff were friendly and helpful but the food preparation was very slow and the quality of cooking very poor.(very soggy vegetables and cheap meat that was inedible - and uncuttable. A tagine should be slow cooked to tenderise the meat) Breakfast was much better but took so long to serve that I had to leave much of it as I was running to a tight schedule to make an appointment in Casablanca.

Dirty corners and dust everywhere, the shower was submerging the room of water once taking a shower and the air conditioning was so so noisy
