I booked 3 rooms for me and two colleagues for one night in this Riad. Late morning of the day of our arrival, they contacted me through whatsapp to inform me that there is a problem with the rooms and that we will be splitted in 2 different places. At the arrival and since we refused to be separated as we had the flight at 05.00AM we have been proposed to share rooms to arrange and stay in one riad. Since that was not an option for us they proposed an apartment with 3 rooms.
The conditions of the proposed place were undescent, several families lived in the same building with the stairswell open. We actually heard every murmur they made. Water shower pressure was very low making unpleasant having a shower.
We had to cancel the booking from BOOKING.COM in order not to have our stay billed twice. They charged us the same amount forseen for the three standard and deluxe rooms we initially booked. Of course, no bill and no breakfast, and payment in cash which was not mentioned on the structure announcement nor directly communicated (as other riad) after the booking was made.
One positive note, the check in people were very nice and tried their best to support us.

Driving up to the property doesn’t look the best but once you step inside, beautiful. Courtyard gorgeous. Rooms gorgeous. The location is also really great.
