A unique place to stay. The decor and care in the design of the buildings is extraordinary. A wonderful BBQ dinner. Safe motorcycle parking and a couple of beers. Very good wifi. Just brilliant.

Overall good value
The rooms were spacious with an outdoor sitting area and nice views of beni mellal and the mountains
Beds were comfortable with lots of cushions and pillows
Breakfast was delicious but needs a vegetarian menu : tomatoes cucumbers salads and more cheeses
The area around the hotel has few points of interest: you need to take a taxi to the castle and the park on the mountain and the downtown area
The outdoor seating area adjacent to the restaurant very relaxing piace to have lunch ( and even better you are greeted by friendly meowing cats)
This luxurious 5-star hotel features a helipad and an infinity pool with superb views of the Atlas Mountains and lake bin el ouidane.

Overpriced and not even close to 5 star hotel. Service - terrible, you have to ask for everything. No slippers or bathrobes in the room - when requested at reception, had to explain what a bathrobe is and only received after second time requested. When cleaning the room, maids collected all towels and didn't leave new ones, had to request again. The towels themselves are spurred and very used.
During weekend loads of people staying and breakfast looks like hunger games - no cups, no glasses, utencils or napkins, too little food and drinks available for so many people - when something is brought people run to be able to get it - total chaos. On a workday when there are only 10 people having breakfast it is ok.
Terraces not working, cleaning works ongoing during the day so you cannot use them. Indoor pool closed.
Massage - waste of money, for 70 eur you get very poor quality rubbing.
Overall the hotel needs repairs all over the place. There is mold in bathrooms.
You need to be careful for when paying for additional services at reception as they do many of mistakes when booking and counting so you need to double check the prices.
