From the very first moment when we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed by friendly people that were there and we didn't really know that they were the owners because they were so down to earth and just overall happy to see us, which really gave us the feeling that this is your second home - which is!
Every breakfast was different in a way but tasty, coffee was on another level compared to anything else in Ulcinj - and room and hygiene were exceptional.
They cleaned it every single day and to top it off, this is my first time going somewhere - that when I looked at the images displayed on Booking and their website; the room even exceeded expectations!
Location is great; with only 6-7 minutes of walking till Long beach and the street that you have to walk to arrive there is full of restaurants and grocery stores (pharmacy as well), so everything is really close.
To cut things short, this is definitely a place that I will be recommending to everyone in the future if they are thinking about coming to Ulcinj and Ada Bojana.

Hotel Zan is a lovely family run hotel. Tony and Lisa are so friendly and went out of their way to ensure we all had a comfortable stay. The entire hotel is spotless, right from when we entered the reception and our rooms. It was also nice to be able to easily park our car right outside each day. We were very close to the beaches, just a few minutes drive (or a 15 minute walk) and there are bars, shops and restaurants (would highly recommend La Guitarra restaurant!) nearby when we didn't want to venture into the historic town centre. I saw there were previous comments about Wi-Fi access however we didn't experience any problems during our stay, maybe because we went in early September when it was less busy at the hotel.
