The staff (including the restaurant staff) were the best - so welcoming, helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to give great service all the way through our stay. The food in the restaurant was also excellent. Overall, good value for money.

We loved everything. From the tradition and design of the hotel, to our room (2 bedrooms room at the 3rd floor), which was so clean, well designed and spacious. The whole hotel is beautiful. super clean and tidy.
Location is perfect- in the heart of Perast. In our opinion, staying in Perast was much better than in the busy and loudly Kotor.
Breakfast buffet at the Conte restaurant was also great, a very diverse selection of high quality food.
The service was so pleasant, kind and with care for every detail. It felt like everyone really cared about making our stay there the best it could be.
Hope to come back soon!

Where to begin, but to start with, it's in the name. It is a grand hotel, once palace and it was a grand experience! The warm and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable from the moment we arrived with a lovely message left in our room and fruit platter. Due to travelling out of season I not only secured an amazing deal but I believe the room was upgraded to sea view and it was honestly spectacular to wake up to two balconettes every morning and it was such a kind gesture on behalf of the hotel. The room amenities were 5-star, the bed was super comfortable, lots of closet space and large bathroom with bath and shower. The typical hotel utilities were included, a safe, fridge/ mini bar, kettle, TV, WiFi, iron and board, but it was the small things, that added more to the experience, the decor; lighting and headboard, free waters daily, coffee machine, fabric branded bag, the Bvlgari and hygiene products, spa robes and slippers in the room. Cleaning was provided and servicing was offered twice daily. The hotel facilities such as spa with treatment options were fantastic and it was the first hotel I have stayed at with 2 in-house hammams. The dining experience at their restaurant was also wonderful with a variety of options, I booked with breakfast included, and I will not forget my tailored mochaccino. All servicing was done with appreciation and I really felt cared for as a guest at the hotel by all employees. The grounds are extravagant and they have an ideal spot across the little the Perast coast. The location was close to 2 small markets, an organic shop, the museum, other restaurants, and excursions. The bus stop is within 5 minutes walk and taxis to Risan and Kotor for example, are easily bookable for roughly €20. All in all, if I am ever to return to Perast, I have no doubts that I would stay at the Heritage Grand again. Thank you all for making our stay a magical one!

Staying here felt like stepping into a dream. The views of Perast beach were absolutely breathtaking – I could’ve spent hours just soaking in the scenery. The location was perfect, just a short and scenic walk to the charming town. What made it truly special, though, were the people. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and genuinely accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Can’t recommend this place enough – it’s a hidden gem I’ll never forget!
Apartments Admiral offers stylish air-conditioned apartments with sea views, LCD cable TV and free WiFi.The nearest beach is a 4-minute walk away and can be reached by a stairway.

Huge apartment. Incredible view at the bay/sea.
Breakfast at the seafront hotel included (don't choose the fish or fruit breakfast - tiny portion, Omelette was decent)
Set right next to the sea, Villa & Apartments Perasto offers accommodation units with air conditioning and a furnished terrace overlooking the sea or the mountain.

The best thing of the place is surely the location and view. The room has got really big windows. Also the terrace is so peaceful. We just sit there for hours! The house owner is so informative and helpful. She got in touch before we arrived the place and they have also a parking lot! Amazing. If you wanna feel the vibe of Perast, this is the place.

Just came back . As out of season enjoyable. If height of season would not be my cup of tea plus you cannot drive into Perast in height of season. Good to stay there and quieter when the tourists leave and easier to reserve restaurants. Add at Conti restaurant twice

Perast is a charming, but VERY small town.
Perast is a charming, but VERY small town. We thought it was going to be much bigger. You can walk from one end of town to the other in just over 10 mins.
There are a couple of mini markets in town, but they offer a very limited choice of food and NO meat, and are expensive. I suggest picking up supplies from a larger supermarket in either Kotor or Gisan, on your way to Perast, and just use the mini marts for topping up supplies.
The reason I rated this town so poorly is because, Perast is TOTALLY overrun with tourists from the 2-3 cruise ships that come into Kotor daily. They bus HUNDREDS of tourists from these cruises to Perast. There are so many people walking down the 1 main street of the town that you have to continually dodge the crowds. The cruise ships have totally ruined the vibe of this beautiful little town. Its actually a travesty that the authorities in Montenegro allow these massive ships to enter this small bay. I cant even imagine the environmental damage it is doing to the bay. The tourist congestion around Kotor and Perast, as a result of these cruise ships that each disgorge often 1000's of tourists daily, WILL, unfortunately leave a bad taste in your mouth. I suggest if you stay in Perast you rent a car or scooter so you can escape the town after 10am, when all the buses arrive, and then return after 4pm when they have all left. Then you will get to see the experience the CHARMING, chill side of Perast.

I would hugely recommend Perast for a 2/3 night stay. The area is much quieter than Kotor and the views/ swimming in the sea is lovely.
There are lovely restaurants and nice day trips to take from Perast.

Perast was a quaint seaside town with excellent restaurants and friendly people. It is very small, so you will want to travel to other nearby cities. We chartered a private boat to take us to Tevat, which is a much larger city with high end retail shopping.
At the Conte Restaurant, Saše made our meal and our stay. His recommendations for food, wine, and excursions were outstanding and he made everything about our visit feel special.
Our best meal by far was at Trattoria Rosmarino. Do not miss it! The location is up high on the hill with sweeping views of the sea. The service was impeccable, the food mind blowing and excellent wine at affordable prices.

Beautiful small town and far quieter than it's more famous...
Beautiful small town and far quieter than it's more famous sister Kotor. (15 min. drive away) The town was walkable, had multiple restaurants and a variety of activities including boat rides, snorkeling, & sailing. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery... the water and mountain views were stunning. I would visit there again without a doubt.

Hotel Conte in Perast is a hidden gem nestled in a town that feels like a miniature Venice, with a sublime atmosphere and stunning views of the Kotor "fjord". The hotel's interiors are exquisitely designed, offering a classy, luxurious experience reminiscent of La Dolce Vita. Every detail, from the elegant rooms to the breathtaking surroundings, makes for an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended for those seeking a perfect blend of elegance and serenity.

The hotel itself is a listed building and is absolutely beautiful!
Marko the host was fantastic. He was on hand with all of our queries and helped us booking taxis. Nothing was too much trouble.
We were even able to check in early which was very much appreciated especially in 36 degree heat!
Amazing place to stay ! everything from the first moment was perfect , the views to the Perast bell tower were breathtaking , you could almost touch it . The apartment was so very well equipped , even the kitchen had all the things you would need to cook at the apartment . Milica is the most friendly person I’ve met in Montenegro . The best surprise overall of my Montenegro trip ! 😃😃😃
The property was located at a beautiful spot in Perast and had a gorgeous sea view! It was kept spick and span by the lovely housekeeper Stephani! She is such a fabulous lady! Thanks to the owner as who was very helpful and constantly giving instructions for a smoother stay! We would love to stay there again on our next visit to Montenegro! :)
Excellent location and stanning bay view from the terrace. Vesna was very helpful and cooperative. We did appreciate her kind assistance during entire stay there. Thank you Vesna, your attitude, location, local culture and cuisine as well as beautiful landscapes made our stay in Montenegro unforgettable.
