We were unsure of which part of St. Martin to stay in, but very glad we chose this spot. Amazing to be right on the water. Spectacular view of bay, with Marigot and mountains in the background, plus out to Anguilla. Quiet and low-key - just perfect. Great walk out to Pointe du Bluff. Very comfortable and relaxing and great service. A real treat!!!

Beautiful condo in with views of the mountains and town. The entrance/exit is on the marina/ shopping area. Only downside, sometimes the smell of cigarette smoke drafts into the living area from other units. Also, was a little confusing finding it, but the host was good with directions.
