Very bright appartment, basic but well equiped, great location(even if you don't have a car for few days, beach in about 5minutes walking, also market not too far), and rather quiet location. The host was very friendly, willing to help (we had a problem with induction hub, and he came with in 15mimutes to fix it. Also parking Just right there. Would defenitely return

I dont like to leave a terrible review for any establistment but I was so shocked when I Walked Into this apartment . It wasnt ready to welcome Guest it smell a Little dated the towel that was put in the bathroom were old and show extensive use. The toilet papers were half or almost finished, four close to empty bottles Of shower gel. When i arrived i tried to call the host to ask to get New fresh towels with no answer I had to contact Booking.com to get a reply. The host needs to take more care and actually have the apartment looking like the photos posted on the app.

The owner of the guest house, Jamal, helped me in everything. A very friendly person. I liked this guesthouse as a whole. Everything is thought out, there is enough of everything in the kitchen (dishes, equipment). Drinking water is free for guests. A very cozy and pleasant place. Near the beach on Pinel Island.

location very, very secure. two gates to get in, and our car inside was a plus. Very friendly owners which made us feel very welcome. Privacy in the studio was excellent, having the pool and jacuzzi available for us a plus. Close to Orient, Grand Case, Friars Bay beaches - access to Pinel and the restaurants in Baie Orientale and Grand Case very convenient.

The property was different than on the pictures, smaller with no patios, like half of that on the booking. There was a huge problem with ants, it was like on the national geographic channel, first night the ants were dragging huge insects through a living room XD . The plus was the view, which was amazing. I would recommend for an owner of this property to deal with insects, and to post the real pictures as I felt misleaded.

Large, private balcony with peaceful view over the lagoon and a glimpse of the sea. Comfortable seating inside and outside. Modern and clean. Good WiFi. Friendly welcome. No interruptions for cleaning during the stay. Quiet despite the number of adjoining apartments. Within 20 minute walk to wonderful Super U supermarket. Just a minute’s walk onto Orient Beach.
Property was great and well equipped, great view, good restaurants nearby, property on the beach, grocery store and pizza place on the premises were very good. My taxi driver was confused finding the location, he needed to hear "the old Hotel Mont Vernon." Keep in mind that the restaurants on the beach close at 4pm or so.
