I love love this hotel. If im ever going SXM, it's a no-brainer. im going back here! So clean, very comfortable. Great service, excellent location. If you are going for the festival, it's a short walk to Happy Bay. It's right next to the beach and lots of local food spots and shops. Mirror in the bathroom is good if you care about that, and the overall setup of the space looks nice and new.

This property needs more reviews! It’s a hidden gem, in my opinion. It’s not described as luxury but it surely has everything you need! The location is obviously top-notch, how can you beat waking up and walking out onto your porch at the beach? It’s a beautiful view morning till night. Plus, direct access to the sand and lounges/cushions provided. Convenient parking lot, great host and maid, easy check-in, comfortable bed, hot showers, very cold AC, nice bath linens and beach towels. All the kitchen amenities too! Close to all the good restaurants.

Very nice hotel, with a lovely courtyard where you can have your breakfast. Breakfast is good organised with fresh bread, croissants and fruit and lots more. You can also have dinner here, which I highly recommend. Compliments for Larra, she was really helpful and attentive.

The Staff is extremely friendly, as in Saint Martin in general. Response is immediate and efficient. Location is excellent, you get access to free transats at 4 beach restaurants where the service is superior. Dont forget to tip the waiters as their salary is very low and cost of livng is high.
