The hosts are very nice, both in terms of being helpful and providing privacy. Also, I got a better apartment than the one I paid for, due to its availability and some renovation that was apparently in progress near the apartment I paid for (I didn't notice it). The location is literally on the main road. The apartments are very clean, and new. The lake-view is somewhat blocked by the hotels in the front, but it is still nice, the terraces are very nice. Parking space is ensured on site. Wifi is great. There is a great restaurant within 100m, one of the best in the whole Ohrid area I know of !!!

Everything in the hotel was fantastic, and personnel was great…However we had one not good experience, my husband got an allergic reaction during the breakfast, at the moment we asked for medication, they couldn’t offer an emergency kit neither offered to call medical service. We had to search it by ourselves even though every hotel is required to have a basic energency kit…

Not good Hotel. I had bad experience with them. I made booking for 3. My daughter became sick and could not come. They didn’t change my booking to 2 person. They closed the phone my face. Very rude behaviour. I don’t suggest this hotel for sure. Waste of money and unpleasant stay.

Location and lake view were great. The room was clean. One negative note: the hotel entrance is through a restaurant that smells heavily of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. Also, we had to wait a while for the receptionist, as there didn’t seem to be someone at the front desk at all times.
