The owner greeted me when I arrived. Air conditioning, WIFI, everything worked. Beautiful garden, great fruits. The host daughter was very nice as well. I slept very well. The place was very clean.

All in all a fine experience. Hotel in serious need of an update. Parking was close by but a problem due to weekend beach-goers taking all the spots. Grounds were pretty, view of the water was over a large residence. Bathroom was good.
