Europa Hotel Booked room with 2 beds, got one large bed. Dirty sheets at arrival (it looked like they had just turned the sheets as there was stains on other side). Sheets directly on bed with no bedding mattress. Old beds with noisy springs. Dirty sticky bathroom floor at arrival. Echo in the room and stairs, you hear everything from the rooms to stairs and vice versa. We thought we booked a room with balcony and sea view, there was no balcony (pictures in ad showed this) only one window facing another building wall. Two guests but only one hand/face towel. Warm water was shut off occasionally so you could not take a shower when needed. Very bad Wi-Fi. Internet was not working in room neither in lobby for whole stay (7 days). Small old TV with few bad channels. No free coffee in lobby for guests.
