Costumer service was really good, and all the people who worked there was amazing in every area of the hotel. Minus was that when we booked the hotel, we didn’t know that there were gonna come 3 different schools, I wouldn’t book the hotel if I knew. They were kicking on our room door, shouting in the hallway, and they kept so much noise and we couldn’t sleep 4 out of our 8 night stay. I wanted to get money back so I could go and book another hotel, but because I booked it from the booking.com they told me to contact you. Well I did.. twice… I never heard back from you until this day which is odd.

SLEIMA was a central place, from where we set out to travel throughout Malta, including the island of Gozo.
There are many restaurants in Sleima, we did not visit the beaches to swim, we have many of them in Israel. We visited the bays, enjoyed the history, architecture, museums and archaeological sites

'Tourist Sliema' is generally limited to both sides of very busy Strand road and waterside promenade. Great proximity for the ferry to Valletta and harbour cruises and swimming cruises to Gozo. To get to Gozo itself for touring you need to cross to Valletta and catch the ferry from Grand Harbour. Lots of modern buses to the various tourist destinations.
There are massive building projects throughout Malta and the quality of the frontage footpaths is not considered til building completion. Sliema is no exception and rough concrete footpaths predominate throughout.
Plenty of restaurants and bars, long happy hours and good quality food in most of the restaurants with multiple cuisines available. Very busy when we went (Early April) - suspect even busier in the summer months.
Probably a place for the younger generation rather than the older to which Valletta is more suited.

Located on the seafront of Marsamxett Harbour, Hotel Verdi boasts one of the best locations in the city of Sliema near bus stops, ferries and boats making day trips to the islands of Gozo and Comino. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in the area.
Most rooms have panoramic views of the bay and the Manoel Island. The rooms are modernly furnished and have all the necessary facilities. All this, together with a friendly staff and a delicious breakfast made the holiday in Malta, a perfect one.
The hotel offers a lot of additional services which could make your vacation pleasant - nice spa center, infinity pool, excellent breakfast and gym. The location is also communicative and comfortable to reach Sliema ferry to Valletta. There are also many places with good food near the hotel. The beach is on a walking distance. The staff was friendly and willing to help with a big smile. The online app helped us to navigate and explore all hotel’s benefits
Good things:
1. extremly friendly receptionists, make you feel very welcomed all the time
2. There is a restaurant OPA in front of the hotel, where guests of the hotel get 15% discount on lunch or dinner
3. Great location (5 star one) from where you can get the ferry to Valletta or busses to any direction on Malta
4. The rooms looking towards the sea are wonderful, worth the price and I reccomend
It was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in - absolutely spotless! The staff was extremely polite, helpful and always friendly. The rooms are stylishly furnished and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Sliema.
The best is the location,Sliema is ideal for exploring the island and the host Lany, who is very helpful. He was kind and helped us with paper the last day.I strongly recommend the hotel to the people who are looking spending quality time with their family.
