This is a 3-4 star hotel. Extremely outdated and not a 5 star resort at all. The property is extremely old, room furniture is old and smelly. Room ac is terrible. Too many mouses and insects. Food quality is ok, staff are ok. Reserve your dinner for every night prior to checking in otherwise youre only option are the buffet or room service. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard as a rock. This is an extremely loud resort with many kids. Not recommended for couples as its very lively.

Very nice boutique hotel on the beach. The pool, dining area and bar were all comfortable and appealing. The beds were comfortable. The rooms and outside areas were clean and well maintained.

Very nice place. very relaxing and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice set of swimming pools and direct access to the ocean. Food was very good and a lot of choices. The only downside is it is a bit too pricey.

Overall we had a wonderful experience. We had taken half Board Meal Plan for 3 nights. Food was good, but seafood was available only on our first dinner and there was hardly any during our 2nd and 3rd dinners. Also we didn't get to experience the lunch as there was no flexibility of choosing either lunch or dinner for the half board plan.
