Service and restaurant . Really very nice staff and service. My mum has problem with her leg and they arranged the room just near restaurant .and all my requests and questions were solved or answered very well.And I stayed 4 hotels ,all are 4or 5stars hotels around Mauritius island and their buffets for breakfast and dinner were high level among them.we even had a Chinese traditional topic eve buffet with high quality food and a live dancing show.

My wife and I are both hoteliers, so we naturally pay attention to details when we stay at a property. We chose Manisa Hotel for a two-night stay to celebrate our third wedding anniversary and unwind after a stressful period. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to expectations. From the start, we encountered several issues: a dead cockroach in the bathroom, a non-functional phone, and a sink tap that came loose in my hand. Our so-called balcony was just a concrete space with two old plastic chairs and a sunbed without a mattress—not exactly a comfortable spot to relax. Service was inconsistent. There was no bartender at the pool when we wanted to order drinks, and despite a confirmed request for a complimentary cake for our anniversary dinner, it was not delivered on the first night as planned. However, the cake was eventually brought to us during our second dinner, which we appreciated. That being said, I must highlight Miss Manuela at the reception desk. From what I observed, she is the one truly holding the hotel service together. I am not sure of her exact position, but in my opinion, she deserves a role such as Operations Manager. Her professionalism and dedication stood out, and she went above and beyond to assist us. The staff tried their very best to assist despite the hotel conditions not being in great shape. Overall, the property has potential, but it needs better maintenance and attention to detail. As hoteliers, we understand the challenges of the industry, but we also know that guest experience is key. With the right improvements, this place could offer a much better stay. Right across the beach Excellent breakfast selection

Amazing huge green territory. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing beach and huge pool. Nice buffet for both breakfast and dinner.

Everything! Food is amazing. The villas are just fantastic. Staff are excellent.

Great client service. The property was neat, with a clean pool which our children really enjoyed. The villa compound and neighburhood was safe for our entire family.
