Very private and huge area

Where do I start? Upon arrival, I was met with an unexpectedly chaotic atmosphere- children were running and screaming through the lobby as if it were a playground, accompanied by loud, blaring music that made it difficult to feel welcomed or relaxed and communicate with your check in staff. In room amenities were disappointing: soft drinks in the minibar are only restocked every 48 hours, and there’s no room service available. The property boasts 3 expansive pools, but oddly, there’s only one designated area to exchange tokens for pool towels, which is highly inconvenient given the size of the resort. The middle pool drinks and ice cube supply also closed early and there one had to walk all the way to the main lobby bar as everything else was closed and no room service. For the all inclusive offerings- temper your expectations. Only bottom shelf, no name alcohol is served, so drink at your own risk. The resort may be rated 4 stars, but the furnishings tell another story, with particle board furniture and a bed that creaks and bangs with every movement- not ideal if you’re planning for a romantic evening. Lastly, come prepared: the bathroom provides only basic soap, and with the resort being quite isolated, you’ll want to bring your own toiletries and essentials.

Great guest house ran by a charming and hospitable family who will do the outmost to have a pleasant stay. Huge apartment. The breakfast was slightly different each day. Air conditioning for the hot days. The location is ideal to explore the southwest region. Kayak to enjoy the pleasant sunset. The only weak point is the cars passing by early in the morning but all the other good things exceed that small nuance. We would definitely come back.

We had the worst check in experience by their manager named Damini and Michael. We arrived early and requested them on multiple occasions for an early check in, I had also put 3-4 emails before. Nevermind they didn’t check on our earlier requests but even after arrival they kept saying they are trying and told us to come back every 1 hour from 8.30 am to 2 pm Their general check in is at 2 pm At 2 pm me and my family went for check in and their staff responded saying we cannot tell you when your rooms will be ready That’s when we escalated the matter and asked to see the manager. That’s when Damini and Michael the manager came out and spoke to us extremely disrespectfully. Her behavior was pure arrogance and ill behavior. She made no efforts to check us in and spoke in a terrible almost racist tone. As soon as I told her I would put in a review of her behavior, she changed her tone and started apologizing and got our rooms ready after 6 hours of us waiting after taking an overnight flight. She’s a terrible person. Kept repeating she didn’t have closeby rooms that’s why the rooms are not ready. How is that our problem? The bookings were made together. When we checked in the room cleaning from the previous stay was not done and the housekeeping kept coming, still the shower gel wasn’t refilled and the socket in the bathroom was broken Extremely poor service The 1 star is for Jason and hossen who were very sweet and took care of us like family and made special arrangements for us for the rest of the trip and made it memorable despite this horrific incident with Damini and Michael.

This is the second time I went to this apartment. Everything was very clean and the family unforgettable

The view and surroundings are amazing, spacious room, despite multiple issues encountered the hotel manager was very supportive and took care of us in our last day. He even gave us complementary lunch and late check out on our last day. Dinner included was delightful, presentation and flavour top notch although there are limited options on the half board.

Really beautiful and comfortable apartment with beautiful sandy beach nearby.

Spacious room and comfortable big bed, nice balcony with a view, small but well equipped kitchen, close to Black River Park and prompt reaction from the owner. Very good value for money.
