From arrival, Shihab, the incredible owner, welcomed us warmly and ensured every detail of our trip was seamless. The central garden creates a calm, relaxing atmosphere, perfect for dining and unwinding. The modern, stylish design gives it an upmarket resort feel at an affordable price. 🚤 Easy Transfers & Convenient Location ✈️ Shihab arranged a speedboat transfer for us and personally picked us up from the harbour. Dharavandhoo also has its own airport, with 25-minute flights from Malé, making travel effortless. We took the speedboat in and flew back—both organised flawlessly by Shihab. 🌊A Paradise for Marine Lovers🐢🦈 The island is near Hanifaru Bay, where majestic manta rays gather seasonally, and close to a whale shark hotspot. Shihab organized amazing excursions—snorkelling, diving and sandbank trips—with trusted local providers. 🍽️Exceptional Dining👨‍🍳 Bageechaa’s in-house restaurant serves delicious, well-presented meals thanks to their talented chef Senaka. The hotel has a good location close to the bikini beach. The staff were friendly and tried to make our stay enjoyable.

Fantastic location,staff and manager very attentive.Island has its own airport,which is nice as we are not in favour of speedboats.

Very beautiful garden in front of the beach; nice rooms; internet works even on the beach; breakfast is continental but lunch and dinner have a great variety; tea, water and instant coffee are complimentary all day long; staff excedeending every expectation (they booked our flights, picked us up from the airport and were very helpful with every request) we want to thank them again for everything!

Riaz (the owner) and his stuff were very attentive to us, the room was spacious and clean. The hotel is located literally on the islands best beach area.

What a great hotel on a beautiful island. The staff were amazing. The room was large, clean and comfortable what more could you ask for. My sister and I had a brilliant stay here. The trips from the hotel were excellent and very reasonable. The food was good. Breakfast was a little basic but nothing wrong with it. The free use of the hotel bicycles was so useful. The only thing for us was with no balcony there was no where to sit outside in the evening. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The island it is on is beautiful, great tourist beach with fabulous reef, there is a grocery store and restaurants everything you could need really.

The hotel is right on the beach, and the beach is lovely. Calm inlets to snorkel and swim, powdery white sand, palm trees for shade. As a scuba diver, I really appreciated the Liquid Salt dive center affiliated with the hotel. It made arranging my dive trips effortless, and the dive masters were lovely. Some of the best diving I've done. The hotel is not at all pretentious, just...comfortable and welcoming. They have several lounging areas with soft chairs and bean bags, a library of take-one-leave-one books, and board games. I happened to finish the book I brought while there, and swapped it for another. I have foods I can't eat, and the chef was very accommodating, making me customized meals and really taking care of me. It made such a difference since I was there during Ramadan and the few outside restaurants were mostly closed. After Aveyla I transferred to another island for a different diving experience, but I didn't like it nearly as much. I wish I had stayed! And if/when I come back to Maldives, I will choose Aveyla again.

The building is completely new, the rooms are beautiful, the beds very comfortable and the spaces are large, the breakfast was plentiful, kind and attentive staff

Its wonderful place and very pleasant, friendly and nice staff and especially administrator. Everything you need is in the room. even a refrigerator, iron and ironing board
