What i can say is…this hotel is worth to stay. Nice hotel, nice service. Thank you so much to Ibrahim, the owner of the hotel. We had a problem with the room cause of the smell from the toilet, i manage to text the person in charge and they fix the problem immediately. Ibrahim also volunteer to take us look around the island. So kind of him. The hotel is beach front. Room is clean. Beside the hotel is restaurant and mart. Only one thing if they can consider, maybe the hotel should provide at least shower gel. Other than that, the hotel deserve 5 star from me

Athiri residence is the ideal location in my opinion if you’re staying in dhiffushi.
It gives you the best experience while keeping a minimum cost that anyone can afford.
Moreover, the breakfast, room service, staff and cleanliness are all great.
Finally, it is on the ideal location making each sunset and sunrise so pretty to watch.

The location was nice, just a few feet from the beach. There was also a restaurant just a stone’s throw from the stay, which was a great plus. The manager was really helpful, he made sure we were comfortable, allowed us to check in early, and let us stay until our ferry departed for Malé (which was later than the normal check-out time). He was always in touch with us and he also helped with booking a day tour. The breakfast offered by the stay was simple but really good.
The room wasn’t the most stylish but was comfortable. However, daily cleaning would be recommended, or at least ensuring that toiletries are replaced daily. The staff also listened to our complaints and worked on them, which was appreciated.
Overall, it was a great experience. Definitely recommended if you'll be staying in Dhiffushi.

We really loved our stay here. The beach club itself its an empty building with beautiful clean rooms with nice view at the ocean. We stayed 13 nights and don't regret we stayed there so long. We used the facilities at the main hotel everyday and had the full board option which i can recomend since the lunch- and dinner buffet was great! Most of the staff were fantastic, especially thoose working in the restaurants. Some of the reception staff did not seem to enjoy their work though. Extra credit to the fantastic pool guy Lahiru, the extremly friendly chef Wisuddhi and manager Paul. Hopefully we'll see you again in a year or two🙂.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and the views are breathtaking. Easy to organize excursions with Mahi Mahi team - the stingray snorkeling was the best experience. Staff are helpful and friendly and great to be able to walk around the local community. Breakfast buffet was great. Fresh food, great flavor and good variety from cereals, yogurt, fruit, to curries, waffles, hoppers and everything eggs - omelets, fried, scrambled and more. Dinner buffet catered for everyone - salads, fruit, soups and breads, roast meats, incredible curries and noodle dishes, desserts and more.

The hotel is very well located and has a small private beach with sunbeds which is a bonus.
Two minutes walk from a bikini beach. There is a grocery shop next door and plenty of restaurants to choose from.
Rooms with amazing sea view, clean and modern.
Breakfast ok, basic. Every day there was something new added to it pancakes, waffles....
I will be very happy to go back :)

I have stayed in dozens of hotels around the world at different price points including super luxury, sky beach staff's service, friendliness and willingness to go out of thier way to accommodate requests is unmatched. I won't mention everything but they let check out 530 pm on day of checkout for free. Most hotels would have charged almost a day rate for that. They made boiled eggs and provided extra fruit especially just for my kids free of charge. They got me a mosquito repellent free of cost and many more things . They also arrange activities at reasonable cost.
The hotel itself is on a local island dhiffushi which is small enough so everything is pretty close but big enough so that it doesn't get boring , the beach is a few minutes walks and lots of shops and restaurants.

Solo female traveller this was a truly peaceful trip I was able to just open a tab and pay for all my coconuts at the end the trip was very straightforward and the hotel went the extra mile to provide services even when I lost my key twice they supported me. Sorted out airport transfer and even gave loads of recommendations. Highly recommended my only regret was not being able to give a tip when I left but maybe I will come back in the future.
Additionally the food every day was better and better I went fishing and they even offered to grill the fish which was sweet.
Also TV in the room which was so helpful mosquito spray at the bar and just a great vibe !

Dhiffushi is a beautiful island with a local population of about 1,000. It felt like the true Maldivian spirit, and the locals were friendly. The island is completely walkable, as it isn't too big. There were several hotels offering excursions at cheaper prices than resorts. We would recommend snorking with turtles and sharks, and a dolphin tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at Dhiffushi Inn Hotel. From the moment they picked us up at the port with a refreshing watermelon welcome drink, we knew we were in for a treat 🥰
Our room on the 2nd floor (Room 303) was good, (see attached photo), a TV, and exceptionally clean bedding and pillows with a birthday message!
Access to the various beaches was a highlight, with Dhiffushi Inn Beach standing out for its pristine, crystal-clear waters. We also appreciated the added amenities like table tennis and access to the Stone Hotel Beach.
The food was another standout feature; we opted for the full board package with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and each meal was simply top-notch.
We highly recommend booking all three meals to fully experience their excellent and attentive service😍
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their warm hospitality, which truly made our holiday unforgettable!❤️

Beautiful local island, 40 minutes for Malé airport.
Stunning beaches around the whole island. Able to rent sun loungers and umbrellas at a few locations.
Friendly locals.
Lots of restaurants around the island, serving nice food!
To note - no alcohol allowed on the island and wear modest clothing around the island to respect the locals on the island.

Dhiffushi is a local island meaning people live and work there and not just designed for tourists. The transfer to and from the airport by speed boat is around 40 mins and we thought the cost was expensive. If you have 3 hours to spare there is a local ferry once most days BUT check times and dates .this ferry is VERY cheap!
Our hotel was beach front to a small "bikini beach" which means bikinis ARE permitted On the public beaches they are not allowed. There were enough restaurants near by to make the eating out a good experience.
If you are fit you could easily walk around the island . Snorkelling is good from the beach and even better on trips out to other reefs or coral gardens
