Maricel at the souvenir shop was truly outstanding—warm, attentive, and proactive, she helped us find the perfect keepsakes with genuine care and thoughtful service. Eugene, our Villa Host, was simply the best. Always present yet never intrusive, he ensured everything flowed smoothly, from small comforts to special requests. But the true highlight of our trip was the dive experience with Mo. He brought the ocean to life, guiding us through exhilarating encounters with manta rays and reef sharks, and even helping us upgrade our PADI licenses to adventure dives. His passion, expertise, and calm presence underwater made it a memory we’ll carry forever. Every member of the One&Only staff contributed to the magic of our stay. Breakfast was delicious and most importantly the staff, our host was Misbah and he was very attentive to our needs. I also liked the proximity to the capital as we didn't need to fly to the property but rather it was just a speed boat trip away.

What I liked: 1) Friendly and genuine staff across all departments 2) Great value for money: reasonable price for a water villa including all meals plus mini bar snacks, airport transfer both ways, 1 comp snorkeling trip, and 1 comp spa treatment 3) Proximity to fantastic dive spots that offer a variety of marine life and underwater landscapes (it never gets repetitive) 4) Fantastic dive center, the TGI dive center is incredible 5) The spa is lovely, and the therapists are fantastic 6) The gym is in a water villa and there is always a PT available to assist. 7) Yoga classes on the beach were great What I didn’t like: 1) Room cleanliness: mold and dust were observed and not much was done about although it was highlighted to the team 2) WiFi connection was poor 3) In “JustWok” restaurant it was hard to get the attention of the staff

1) friendly and understanding staff; not only did they acknowledge some of their mistakes, they compensated for them. 2) the resort is very small, thus very quiet. If you’re looking for quietness. Not a lot going on. 3) the Villa itself was gorgeous with 2 pools which was an added bonus! 4) the underwater spa is a unique experience!
