The staff were exceptional, they couldn't do enough for you. Witness, Nancy and Naomi are an asset to the hotel, they have excellent customer service skills.
Breakfast was always good, plenty of choice and high quality. When went out to Majete early one day and Naomi organised a breakfast for us due to leavinv early, this was much appreciated.
We ate in the restaurant six out of seven evenings and we enjoyed everything we got, especially the chocolate mousse and the Chambo.
