We just stayed one night at the end of a two week stay on Cozumel. We moved here to be closer to the ferry terminal. Many years ago, we spent a month at Mary Carmen. We were happy to see the turtles were still there. The room was clean and comfortable, well supplied. There is a kitchen and fridge available for guests to use. We were able to store our luggage until it was time for us to catch the ferry.

Location near the centre and ferry terminal. Room is spacious, comfy and clean. The aircon in our room malfunctioned but we got changed to another good room quickly. Easy check-in and communication with receptionists. Parking lot beside hotel. Pool seating is nice.

Good location and views from the main lobby out over the sea, and as long as you book a sea-view room you wont get stuck in a pokey dark room at the back with no light and just a view of waste land or a wall.
Hotel Plaza Cozumel offers an excellent panoramic view of the island and Cozumel's sea channel. Walk a few steps and visit the Cozumel Museum, the Main Square and Ferry Pier in front of us.
