The place was nice. The location was ideal, offering both convenience and scenic beauty. The amenities were a pool, bar, parking, restaurants close and a convenience store. The staff were attentive to ensure a comfortable stay.

Everything was great! There was construction, but didn't bother us really, except that the bar and restaurant were not open, but there were still places to sit and relax around the pool. The only thing I have to complain about are the sinks in the bathrooms!! They are so ridiculously small that you hit your head on the wall when brushing your teeth or attempting to wash your face!! They really need to rethink them, and replace with something larger and user friendly!
Other than that, staff was great, rooms were modern and clean, beds were comfortable. The staff even collected wood and made us a bonfire on the beach, set up chairs, brought out a Bluetooth speaker for music! And they made us all instant coffee in the morning, because we were sad there was no restaurant Alberto and Very nice!

This hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. The location on the beach is splendid and the grounds are lovely. Our room was small and dark, with only one hard plastic chair to sit on. Bathroom was tiny, no amenities, no hot water in the morning, we didn’t try in the afternoon. The deck chairs are uncomfortable, there’s nowhere to sit and relax. The restaurant blares loud music from morning till night, you hear it everywhere. The restaurant is open very limited hours, closes at 4:30. This hotel is located along a highway with nothing much nearby, if you don’t have a car you go hungry…the included breakfast is skimpy, there’s no coffee available till 8:30. The restaurant staff was pleasant enough, the front desk staff not so much. They want you to leave your id to use their cheap skimpy beach towels on their hard uncomfortable loungers. There is nothing luxurious about this place, go into San Blas proper, there’s a wonderful beach there too, stay at the hotel Garza…

Beautiful, quiet hotel with spacious rooms. Everything was great except the fact that they didn't seem to have staff around to help or answer questions. I had to pound on the door to get let in and check in. It could have been more welcoming in that regard. Also, the bed was very hard and I woke up with terrible back pain. Good value for the price though

Great location, comfortable beds and pillows. The house is very comfortable for three couples.
Great pool but I need to mention the location again. We walked everywhere. The main grocery store was just behind us. We walked to the central square and to the beach.
Everyplace we wanted to go was just a short easy walk away
We had our dogs so it was great for them with cool floors for them
