Joanne speaks excellent english and tried to help. The manager was dismissive of the issue and made this an unbelievably terrible experience.
On Feb 22, I made a complicated reservation at BW Los Mochis. I own a tour company and had some guests arriving on April 8th, and some on the 9th. I was arriving on the 7th, but later decided to fly on the 6th. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, then 5 rooms for 1 night, but I didn’t give the app enough time for the date-change to click. My 1 night reservation went through for 2 nights, and I was unable to change or cancel it because BW doesn’t allow that on the app. I IMMEDIATELY wrote to them thru the app. In the AM, I called right away to explain what happened. I was assured that it was not a problem, that my reservation was now fixed and no charge for my mistake.
On March 4, someone read my message in the app and wrote to ask how many rooms I needed. So I called again. I explained again. The reservation hadn’t been fixed, but I was assured again on March 4 that it was fixed, and there was no charge for my mistake.
