Very nice staff. They called a relative in the US who spoke English to arrange a firefly tour as our limited Spanish did not cover that topic. The room was very clean and safe parking for our car. Great restaurant recommendation.

All the staff was incredibly kind, looking after me and my comfort, always with great attitude. The tents were ok, you can ask for a heating device if inside is too cold. They have great fireplaces so you can be outside your tent at night and they bring you a delicious pizza from a local restaurant. This is a great place to get away from work and life in the big cities.
