This hotel was nice. I like that they have laundry that you can use, and give a one free laundry pod. The breakfast was good value for the money. The staff is friendly, and attentive. It’s nice it has options like a Starbucks in an outdoor sort of mall, some food options as well.

    Queretaro is great! So much to see and to do.

    Queretaro is great! So much to see and to do. Centro Historico is great! So many great churches and old buildings! And of course the equaduct! Many good restaurants and cafes! Found a wonderful cafe (Panfilia) there is also a bakery with the same name just down the road. I even found an Arabic restaurant with amazing food! But you can have all sorts of Mexican, Japanese, good Italian and much more! People are very friendly and open and not just because they want to sell you something. A very relaxed feeling about the city! Will go back there soon!

    Beautiful town!

    Beautiful town! I loved visiting the MANY churches and artisanal shops! Beautiful architecture in the historic town everywhere you looked! Uber was very easy to use with great drivers. Great restaurants as well, especially la Llave! A guide we met at a museum, George, taught my group LOT about Queretaro and Mexico!

    I hope to return for a longer stay. The Regional Museum is great; I would like to have had time to visit others. Lots of great restaurants, street vendors of arts and crafts; but you need to carefully look for the locally-made items.

    A beautiful walkable center. Many restaurants and cafés. We enjoyed the contemporary art gallery,in an interesting historic building. We were there early December and the Christmas decorations were fantastic. One of the nicest places we have visited in Mexico.

    Hard to get to as police had street blocked off and we had to argue our way thru the road block to get to the hotel - Sunday evening the street is always blocked off. not too quiet as we wanted to sleep and others wanted their loud music. Slept, ate bkft and left. Car was protected. WiFi worked good.

    Loved the location and the fact that the hotel is actually the first one in Queretaro. The building had history. We loved there was a really good restaurant right downstairs, most our meals we took there. The food was amazing. The staff is really nice and ready to help with anything the guest.
