Great location - the hotel restaurant is right on the beach. It’s on the quiet end of the beach too( the rest of the beach can get busy. This is more of an authentic Mexican cultural experience vs an American one. The rooms are spacious with large terraces. Handy to have a fully functioning kitchenette in the room. Staff are super friendly. 10 min walk to the town centre.
Featuring free Wi-Fi and an outdoor pool, Hotelito Los Sueños offers accommodation in Sayulita just 200 metres off the beach where you can enjoy the sun or surf the waves.

The options for breakfast were fantastic, and the coffee was delicious.
The rooftop pool was a treat as swimming is really not an option in the high surf.
Casa pepe was easy to get to, and close to all amenities.

Coffee and water available 24 hours in the snack area, good size pool with lots of shade and towels available for pool or beach. We had not been to Sayulita in years. Not a sleepy little surfer town anymore. Bustling with lots of tourists. However, you can stay in many accommodations away from the main street and enjoy the beach and restaurants away from the crowds.

We Loved Sayulita. The town is full of life.
We Loved Sayulita. The town is full of life. Great shops and lots of great food. The beaches were wonderful and the people watching was even better. Its a great little surf town with lots of adventures just outside of the town. If mobility is an issue I would rent a golf cart or side by side to get around =)

Sayulita is a perfect blend of quiet and activity.
Sayulita is a perfect blend of quiet and activity. Lots of options to eat and things to do... or great if you just wanted or hang out on the beach all day. There are some vendors on the beach almost all day long, but they are not at all aggressive and with a simple "no gracias" they move on.
Lots of people surfing and so much fun to watch.
I think we've found our new winter get away spot! It's relatively easy to get to and the prices are fair. We always felt safe and welcome.

Touristy and very Americanized.
Touristy and very Americanized. A drunken gringo party scene and too cool for school expats have colonized a beautiful town so extensively that Mexicans aren’t able to live there anymore and hotels are being built on their ancestral graveyard.

Sayulita is either a destination or a quick visit depending on your mood. We spent a week there and luxuriated in the slow pace that allowed. There is not much to see around the area (i.e. historical sites or multiple or easy jungle access) but you can keep yourself busy in Sayulita alone if your goal is to surf, hang on the beach or shop and eat excellent food. If you like to bounce around and see all the sights on your trips, then Sayulita is worth a visit but not a stay.

We absolutely loved the hotel.
We absolutely loved the hotel. It does not have a big hotel feel - it is much better. Front desk staff were very friendly, helpful and caring.
The place is beautiful and is super clean. The breakfast is amazing. There are lots of traditional Mexican offerings as well as eggs, bacon, pancakes, toast, cereal and three choices of really good fruit and tea, coffee && juices. The staff is great. This hotel is a major reason I would go back to Sayulita. No complaints, they even supply towels for the pools(2) or beach. Submitted by Dave, Marianne’s husband

The place is in a super good location just 5 minutes walk from the beach with lots of cute cafes and good shops around. If you get the bus from the airport, its less than a 10 minute walk from the bus station in Sayulita.
Valentin the host is an absolute gem and we felt really looked after 💙
The place has a beautiful well maintained garden with cute places to sit and chill.
Staff was excellent and helpful. The pool and hotel were very nice. Rooms are a good size but windows do not cut outnoise from the street or dogs. Underground secured parking was excellent. Hotel is close to everything Sayulita has to offer.
Beautiful little boutique hotel in a perfect location which was 5 minutes walk into town or to the beach. I loved the cafe in the hotel premises, their food and coffee are great. Hotel staff were awesome!
Great location in a quiet back street in the North Side of Sayulita with wonderful natural light, just 2 min walk from the beach. Small but ideal for one person for a short stay.
