I want to live at this place forever! Rosita and Abraham were so welcoming and lovely, and their quinta is just as beautiful and comfortable as they are.
The gardens are gorgeous, the pool spotless and refreshing, places to sit and relax all beautifully designed. Would definitely go out of our way to stay here again, and next time for at least a couple of nights!

Very friendly hosts. We arrived and the room was available immediately. Air Con worked, decent shower, parking right in front of your appartment (Motel style).
Later we went to the village center (10 min walk away) for some dinner.
In the morning the lady was very friendly and prepared us an excellent breakfast. She offered a lot of options for us to select from and we were actually the only guests having breakfast that day, but we got delicious scrambled eggs, coffee and some bread.
I would absolutely recommend a stay in this place if you are coming from Ruta Puuc and are looking for a good place to spend a night. :-)

The room was nice and cozy. The hotel has a private parking which was useful. The shower had hot water and a good pressure. Also Oxkutzab is a nice little town perfect to stay by the ruta puuc (which we enjoy a lot). We did a road trip and it was one of the nicest hotel we slept in for this price!
