Office staff very helpful. Received an email in spanish and she translated for me. Also due to operator error could not operate tv and maintenance man should us how to work remote. Remote was weird..we wanted to experience culture and this hotel was perfect for that. It reeked of culture.

No hot water, (no water in hot water lines) phone was inoperable so desk not could be contacted in emergency. Floor in hallway torn up construction. Hotel would not cancel or refund. Please do not promote this property.

This fine old hotel is close to everything in the city center, both for sightseeing during the day and for restaurants and music at night. A nice feature is that it opens onto a shady plaza. The rooms are large, with high ceilings. Each has its own mini split air conditioner and ours had two ceiling fans. The beds were excellent.

Hotel is in a perfect location. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, coffee shops and plazas. Hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was delicious and I ordered a steak for dinner and it was fantastic. Hotel manager(Martha) was amazing. She was always so helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Front desk representative(Gabriel) was so polite, helpful and always had a smile. Can’t say enough about the over all experience. Great time, great staff, and would definitely recommend.

Smelled like sewer. Septic people were draining the pool. No hot water. Room was terrible. Nothing but a bed and small table in the room. Parking was 3 blocks away. Would definately not recommend.
