Lovely quiet hotel, with nice clean grounds and a few things to do right there (restaurant, swimming-pool, kids playground, billiards etc.). Next to the river, but very close to the beach (literally 5 minutes walk). We had a great room with a view of the pool, the palm trees and the river behind them. The beds were comfortable, so we all slept well. Very friendly and helpful staff who eagerly directed us to various things outside the hotel.

When we checked in, we were told by the staff we had to return to property before 9 pm ,we have to clean the hotel room ,or they charge extra.My wife had to buy a broom and a mop ,cleaning supplies Refrigeration units were leaking, Freon, gas ,caused headaches,the room was dirty the floors all the kitchen utensils, plate pans, only 2 for cooking ,we clean before they used, dust on all the shelves, cobwebs,dead cockroaches, bedding was stained. The price changed from Canadian dollars, $332 for the three nights to 4956 pesos the tax was 20% not 16% what’s the additional 2%$ 413.00. The good part was the swimming pool And the ocean
