The pool and surrounding grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The housekeeping staff were lovely and helpful and our meal at the Italian restaurant was amazing 👏🏼

The pool is so good, the grounds are relaxing and in the italian restaurant the food was great and the staff were very friendly.
Room service as in ordering a meal to our room was below disappointing. The order arrived 90 minutes and a phone call after our order was placed and it was stone cold, it was the taken away after we told them it was cold and then arrived back to us about ten minutes later having been zapped in a microwave, the plastic wrap was all stuck together and the food was dried out and as some of this was seafood I wouldn't eat it because of fear of food poisoning. Most of the staff were really lovely but the day we went to reception to order a Taxi to go out for the day and order a car to pick us up for our departure to our next destination the next day, the gentleman was unhelpful and rude we were told we couldn't order a taxi or book a car for our departure we should go back to our room and download an app called grab and organise our own transport. There was no offer of help or guidance to do this and as a result I feel we wouldn't use this hotel again. I know you get what you pay for and this was a cheaper hotel we booked before we went on to Sunway Resort Hotel and Spa but at the end of the day we paid for a service that we didn't receive here at the Cyberjaya

Lovely big room, with small balcony.
Lovely big room, with small balcony. Paved pathways through the gardens leading to main reception and restaurants. A good selection of foods available at the restaurants to suit all tastes. We were visiting the Moto GP at Sepang, so chose Cyberview as it was halfway between airport and KL. Small selection of shops and restaurants 10 minutes walk from resort. We had a lovely stay.

From the residence, DPulze Shopping Mall is so close! We went shopping and grabbed a bite at 4 FINGER (the kids’ favorite) and got Pizza Hut to take home for breakfast tomorrow (easy to heat in the microwave in our apartment).
The journey in Cyberjaya is very comfortable, with no traffic, which is great!
I really like the locations in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya. They have interesting places to visit and are so close to home, making them perfect for a short getaway!

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find. Parking is straightforward during the day but can be slightly challenging at night as many people dine at the nearby restaurants. The area offers plenty of dining options, and a self-service laundry is just around the corner. Overall, it’s a great choice for a short stay.
Good location near to the loccation of my business occasion. Also there is a mall attached to the hotel. very convenient to buy food. In addition, price is very reasonable. Hotel adhere to sustainability practices, no bottled mineral water, but provide glass jar and water dispenser to get drinking water.
