Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Very detailed instructions for self checkin. The location of building was great, with nice city views. Parking was very good. Very secure and safe. There was iron, vacuum, hair dryer and other basic things provided. Very clean.

2.3 miles from 1st Avenue Penang in Jelutong, Urban Suites TWO Or THREE Bedroom Georgetown by ANC provides accommodations with access to a sauna, hot tub, and fitness room.

The location is not the best. It's quite far from old Georgetown where all the restaurants are, but its easy to order a taxi online via whatsapp and the price is about 25 rm. There is a VERY loud mosque close to the hotel and its so loud that its quite annoying and its hard to sleep through the morning prayer. The beds in the appartment are the hardest i have ever slept on so if thats your thing, fantastic. Me i like it softer. This is the only negative things i can remember. Appart from that, it is excellent. Very nice appartment, nice facilities, beautiful infinity pool, good carpark and the view is stunning. Service was all through whatsapp but was smooth with immediate reply if i needed something.

Modern decoration. Spacious enough for my family. The host, helpful by giving clear instruction to check in and check out. The facilities of the suites also giving extra mark to my stay. Recommeded👍👍👍

    Jelutong is now mainly a Chinese area.

    Jelutong is now mainly a Chinese area. Many of the Malay villages have been demolished and replaced with flats or apartments. There are many masjids and temples around the area. I enjoy going to the market. I also enjoy visiting Pasar Taman Saadon in Gelugor, for breakfast. It is about 3 km from Jelutong Market. Walk up Bukit Dumbar for exercise and the view.

    The best of all was a homeopathic doctor, his name is Dr.

    The best of all was a homeopathic doctor, his name is Dr. Gurdial in 29, Jalan Bagan Serai, who received letters even from people, who the renowned hospitals deemed hopeless and sent home to die. This doctor literally saves lives. He doesn't want to have many patients, but he spends a lot of time with a patient, that has a serious problem. It's truly a unique doctor. We stayed at a place called: New Comfy Urban Suite Homestay at Georgetown for family by Urban Staycations for 1 night in Jelutong. DON'T STAY IN THAT PLACE. WE HAD AN ELECTRICITY FAILURE AND COULD ONLY USE ONE ROOM OF THE WHOLE UNIT, WHILE THE OWNER DIDN'T OFFER US AN ADEQUATE COMPENSATION, AND BOOKING.COM ALSO REFUSED TO HELP. DON'T BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM. BEWARE OF THAT BOOKING SITE. IN OUR EXPERIENCE THEY ARE THE WORST!
