The staff in the hotel works very late in the night making drilling noises and does not consider about the people staying there
I lost my sleep that night due to the noise and the manger on shift claims that there hasn’t been any noises.

This hotel is in a perfect location right next to convenience stores, local sights, and a ten minute walk to the Petronas Towers. Underneath the towers is an awesome mall called Suria KLCC. It has a huge supermarket on the bottom floor with fresh sushi. I ate there every day.
The staff was amazingly helpful at this hotel. Powshi and Hazan were extremely friendly and helpful.
