The room is clean. There is 2 queen bed. WiFi is worst keep on disconnected. Swimming pool is crowded 😰 kids playground and play rooms are dirty too. I will come again next time without using their facilities.

Clean big tons of room!! Really lovely lovely staff did a really good job to make me feel welcome and supported me when I had luggage to leave before my flight. Great area for a short stay with local shop and food / spa even washing on the bottom floor. Pricing was AMAZING

Stayed 4days during raya, location strategic, quite peacefull at busy area. Got view of gunung kinabalu from our window in morning. Staff is helpfull and friendly. To improve on food quality at cafe, Need pest treatment especially on cockroach issue.

The room is big, so comfortable and cozy. It was clean and nice. The hotel is near to the airport like 5 minute by car, a supermarket which i can just walk there by myself and there is a night market too in that area.
