Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, assisting us to arrange car parking at road side via app. Hotel room was excellent even just a normal standard room, and the bed was super comfortable and clean. The same to the bathroom. We are feeling like staying in a 4/5 stars hotel. A very good job from the hotel management. Will definitely recommend to our friends and return to this hotel for future travel to Lumut.

the location was nice but the staff not friendly, didnt even greet when checkin and there is no thankyou upon checkout and didnt smile at all. the facilities also not in a great condition. there is some bad smell when we entered the room. the bucket in the bathroom broke and the spare pillow smell bad.
