    Nice views, should publicise more.

    Nice views, should publicise more. Nice walk at forest reserve to Rachado lighthouse-to see migratory birds. Nice seafood at restaurants nearby. Waterfront was also great view. More upgrade needed of the external part of some older apartments, which are still good on the inside.

    Port Dickon is a small town made famous by the number of beaches. Kelang Valley people normally drive there for weekends just to be by the many beaches. It is easy to get around in Port Dickson. However during weekends traffic can be very heavy. You don't have to worry about food in Port Dickson.

    If there's just one piece of advice I can give, it is to...

    If there's just one piece of advice I can give, it is to avoid coming to Port Dickson during school holidays. There is always too many people, traffic is horrendous, most hotels, apartments and homestays are occupied, the rental prices are more expensive than normal and most eating places are crowded. It's always better to visit on weekdays, or if that's not possible, come before Friday and leave on Saturday to beat the crowd. The beaches are alright to stroll along but I would not swim in it. There are plenty of good restaurants in PD, so eating out will be the highlights of your trip. If you like nature, do not miss Tanjung Tuan / Cape Rochade. It only takes about 20 - 30 minutes to stroll up the hill to the lighthouse and if you're feeling more adventurous, there are several good jungle trails you can hike (some will take you to a beach, others will take you to a rock outcrop which you can climb and get some nice ocean view).

    Nice little town. Quiet and friendly people Inmet. Good customer services. I talked to few residents and when they noted Zi was from USA they were delighted. They will say “Trump?” And I will cheer up with them n they were smart as well. No hurry or rush and they were outgoing. It was safe for me to walk everywhere and get back without any problem!!

    For me I think this is a complete beach site which is not...

    For me I think this is a complete beach site which is not too far away from Kuala Lumpur, with options for different needs. There are also several farms to add to the list of attractions and enrich the trip to Port Dickson. Just that the campers may be too many during peak season. I suggest to administer some fee to maintain the area, and Water Front is good, and the business activities definitely still have a long way to go! Probably need to have strong event organiser to bring in the excitement to that area.

    Good Improvement in F&B at WaterFront for tourist. However need to do something about the traffic jam along the coastal road during weekends. Too many campers on the beach makes it messy & dirty.
