this is not proper hospitality services..staff not friendly and something happen when i left the key in the room during checkout..they ask me to pay with deposit charge rm50..what i know every hotel got spare key or master key to open and collect the leftover key inside room..but the staff mention do many time..”i toll already” do not missing the key look like blame customer..and till now still ask the key..need the key and want to charge..

The home stay is clean and big. Met owner who is pleasant and cheerful. Check in and out was easy. Ample parking for 4- 5 cars Provided extra pillows and duvet However a few suggestions for improvement. ▪︎ Its a 4 bed house but water heater only in the master bedroom. All rooms should have water heaters ▪︎ 2 aircon remote only to be shared. Very inconvenient ▪︎ The kitchen needs more items...only 2 mugs.. Need more mugs, teaspoon, bowls ▪︎ Limited chairs...4 at dining & one 3 seater.. Should provide stacking chairs especially for families ▪︎ I understand its a muslim homestay but providing toilet rolls won't go amiss
