The staff is amazing. Very attentive and making your stay very special. The food in the restaurant is expetionally good. It's a very peaceful place, perfect to rest and relax. Many different cozy spaces you and enjoy , even when it's raining. Shuttle service around Santubong: at any time they drop you off where you want and then pick you up. I will be back for sure.

Very interesting and good experience We need to climb over the bed in order to get 'in' to the unit and bathroom. It's a culvert, so we didnt expect more :-) Room is clean and with very comfortable bed. Nice environment. Just pack light due to limited space.

    Breakfast selection was very limited and the time taken for...

    Breakfast selection was very limited and the time taken for replenishment was slow. The pool facilities overall was as what we expected (decent), but we had a very unpleasant experience with the team building group that were present. There was loud techno music being played by the pool reception staff and when I approached him to request for him to either change the music or tone down the volume, he informed me that the music was requested by the other guests. I was later informed by the staff concerned that he did not have a choice but to honor the guests requests (which is totally understandable), but what made it a total turn off was the fact that the management did not put conditions on these types of guests requests which potentially disrupts the peace and serenity. I could go elsewhere if I'm being a "Karen" about this feedback, but it's my honest review. Apart from the crappy techno / rave music that was blasting from the pool area and the poor selection of breakfast, I'd give 4 stars for the service/ hospitality by the staff in general.

    Nice place for the location, beach & mountain.

    Nice place for the location, beach & mountain. Breakfast & other meals can be improved ~ however we should give management grace period post lockdown. Please improve the wifi - it can’t be used. Visit Cultural Village- it is within walking distance & nicely set up.

    The hotel is a beautiful little quiet oasis with a very friendly and helpful staff who made our stay so easy and comfortable. The area around is beautiful and for adventurous travelers it is the perfect place to stay as the hotel helps arrange all kinds of activities for you like a trip to bako national park or the orangutang nature reserve. It was perfect in December as the hotel was quiet and the weather was nice.

    - Luxurious rooms with very comfortable bed and everything you need for a good stay. - Pool and bar facilities were great, with lots of comfortable shaded areas to relax. - Extras such as on-hand driver and excursion booking were very useful and worth the additional fees. - Stunning location in shadow of Mount Santubong and not too far from Kuching.

    Cafe was very good and well priced. Great view. Careful with mosquitoes. Best to wear long pants in that area. Liked all the walkways and natural pool was refreshing. The ocean beaches great and no crocs. We saw lots of monkeys and some birds and butterflies in the jungle by our cabin.
