This is a really nice hotel and very good value for money.The bedroom was much better than expected - larger and better appointed. The breakfast was unhurried and there was plenty of tasty food on offer. I was particualrly amused by the way the man making eggs was positioned outside the restaurant! We were directed to a really nice Chinese restaurant about 200 metres away - very tasty food and good value. Parking was provided in a secure underground carpark almost underneath the hotel. Overall, a very nice place for an overnight stay.

There was a bad experience to stay here. I encountered a problem during the self-check-in process that required contacting customer service and WhatsApp support, even though the issue wasn't documented on the portal, but it just fine. Besides that, the room was filthy and messy, with shabby furnitures. It was evident that the housekeeping staff had not cleaned before my arrival. When i complaint to the customer service staff, she just told me that she was given the wrong room, then gave me the room at the next. I’m sure that it was just an excuse as the room design was exactly as the picture shown that I booked but not the next room because the room design was not same. However, the next room was not really in-neat too when I check-in. The chair was simply put at the side of the door, the mattress was messy, and used-toiletries was still leaving at the toilet.
